MERGE ZOO

Merge Zoo is a Casual Idle game for players who dream of owning their own zoo full of the cutest animals on the planet. You’ll need a lot of food to feed all these cute critters and you’ll be getting your hands dirty merging delicious candies to feed them. Yes, all the animals do love candy, even tigers!

My Role on Merge Zoo

• Created and maintained agame design documents for a variety of core systems, including merging candies, acquiring new animals, and progression. 

• Collaborated with the team in the rapid development of several prototypes used for finding the perfect intersection of mechanics and presentation that delighted our players with fun gameplay and easy to understand interactions.

• Created a 48 hour solo game jam prototype that significantly influenced the direction of the game.

• Collaborated with the game design team to shape the meta-game and progression systems.

• Designed tutorials flows and adjusted them based on user data and feedback.
